Registration & Fees

Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel, airport transfers or participation in the optional tours.

Guests and companions are welcome to attend the following select conference activities:

  • Local tours and optional activities (Sunday, August 19)
  • Optional dine-around Victoria (Sunday, August 19)
  • Casual Reception, Dinner and Entertainment (Tuesday, August 21)

Registration fees vary on activity and are available through conference registration.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations can be made up to July 20, 2018. All cancellations must be received by email to conference@gpcanada.org and are subject to a $150 administration fee. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 20, 2018. 

Attendee name substitutions are allowed at any time. Please email conference@gpcanada.org with the replacement contact’s information.

No liability is assumed by GPC for changes to the program date, content, speakers, venues, or cancellation of the event. Refunds will not be issued for weather related cancellations.

Local tours and optional activities are subject to the tour providers' cancellation policy.
