We have negotiated a preferential room rate for the conference and encourage you to make your accommodation arrangements at the host hotel. It's extremely convenient to be onsite, but it also ensures that GPC maintains its contract obligations with the hotel for overall conference and organization benefit.
Rates and room block are valid until July 18, 2018 after which accommodation is based on general hotel inventory.
CANCEL POLICY: 7 days prior to arrival; An early departure fee of $114.50 will apply if you shorten your stay after check-in.
The Victoria International Airport is approximately a 30 minute drive to The Fairmont Empress and the Victoria Conference Centre. You will require a transportation service such as a taxi, rental car or shuttle to take you from the airport to the hotel or conference centre. Please be sure to consider this additional travel time in your travel bookings.
Estimated one-way taxi fare is CAD $55-60 and the hotel's preferred taxi partner is Yellow Cab. The YYJ Airport shuttle drops off and picks up at the hotel. Estimated one-way fare is CAD $25. If you choose to use the shuttle, please mention the GPC conference to receive a 10% discount.
